We select vintages with outstanding flavor each year. Every bottle of wine is freshly opened and directly filled, without any blending or addition of caramel color.

PRIMARY FILTRATION
Only take the middle third of a jar of wine, which is the cleanest and best-tasting part of the entire jar.
The "primary filtration" process is creatively used to maintain more flavor substances.
Low-temperature sterilization at 60 degrees for a long time, which is 18-24 degree lower than the conventional sterilization temperature, retains more original flavor of the wine.

The Pagoda Brand Winery in Shaoxing
It is the Shao Xing Wine enterprise that exports the most to Japan in China and has won numerous awards both at home and abroad.
It only uses the refined glutinous rice from its own base, and fresh upstream water of Jianhu Lake to brew the wine, with its own cultivated koji and yeast.
It brews the wine once a year during the winter, handcrafted by the nationally recognized brewing master winemakers.
We believe that good wine only needs time to be polished, without any artificial decoration or covering.
